Gravity stoner
The gravity stoner is a specialized machine designed to remove both high and low-density impurities from raw grains, regardless of size. It consists of two main sections: the upper part classifies impurities, while the lower part removes stones. Grains enter through a feed port and are separated using a combination of air suction and vibrating screens. Light impurities like husks are lifted away, while heavier materials like stones are separated and discharged. The machine operates efficiently using two vibrator motors powered by electromagnetic induction.
